When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all order related inquiries to support@properselections.com

Do you ship outside the United States?

Please allow 1-5 days for processing and 7-21 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU), this means that duties and taxes will be charged to the customer by the carrier upon delivery. Payment of these taxes and duties is required to release orders from customs. Proper Selections does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
